We are a multidisciplinary team of licensed mental health counselors and registered dietitians specializing in the treatment of eating disorders, disordered eating, and co-occurring mental and physical health conditions.

Our team provides individual, family, couples, group, and nutrition counseling, offering compassionate, evidence-based care for adolescents and adults seeking lasting recovery, improved well-being, and a healthier relationship with food and their bodies.

Our therapeutic services are offered in-person in Southwest Florida or virtually throughout Florida. Our nutrition services are offered online in states including but not limited to, Florida, Massachusetts, and Georgia.

Support for Children, Adolescents & Neurodivergent Individuals

We provide support for children and teens experiencing emotional and behavioral dysregulation, as well as individuals with autism spectrum differences and sensory-related challenges.
